Browsing the internet or doomscrolling on your app of choice is, in a mundane way, a form of exploration. Your curiosity, your boredom, and your algorithm are working together to give you something juicy enough to keep you hooked and scrolling. Seeing as we are all here, it is fair to say that we are all pretty hooked on being some kind of explorer, taking in as much content as our eyes, ears, and brains can handle. That is something to put on the resume. 

So, as we choose to have a look at the memes we can find here, we can say that we are putting in the effort to understand why these funny little tidbits make us and others tick.
